Your Boston Home Team is designed specifically for collegiate athletic programs, tournament teams, coaches, families, and sports organizations traveling to the Boston area throughout the 2026–27 fall, winter, and spring seasons.

Located in Brookline with convenient access to Boston University, Fenway, area universities, athletic facilities, and the Green Line, The Arcadian gives traveling teams a comfortable home base away from the intensity of game day.

Every qualifying team would receive an arrival experience customized to their school.

Rather than a generic welcome sign, The Arcadian can create a simple “Welcome to Boston” team moment featuring:

  • School/team name displayed upon arrival
  • Team colors incorporated into the welcome
  • Personalized welcome note for coaches and athletes
  • Boston/Brookline-inspired snacks or recovery-friendly treats
  • Local guide with nearby dining, coffee, pharmacy, essentials, and team-friendly recommendations
  • Competition information and directions prepared specifically for the team
  • Optional motivational message or good-luck note supplied by the coaching staff

For larger or multi-night programs, the hotel may enhance the arrival experience with additional amenities or a designated team gathering space based on availability.

Signature Add-On: The Coach's Kit

For qualifying programs, the head coach or team travel contact receives a small Arcadian Coach's Kit at arrival. Potential contents could include:

  • Arcadian-branded reusable bag or pouch
  • Local coffee or coffee shop gift card
  • Bottled water
  • Snacks
  • Printed team itinerary / hotel information
  • Emergency local-resource card
  • Dedicated hotel contact information
  • Small Brookline/Boston keepsake

Optional Team Gathering Benefit

For qualifying multi-night or larger programs, The Arcadian may offer preferred pricing or complimentary limited use of the 946-square-foot Beacon Room for uses such as:

  • Team meetings
  • Film review
  • Pre-game meetings
  • Coach meetings
  • Team meals coordinated through an approved outside provider
  • Study hall
  • Parent or booster gatherings

Availability and applicable food-and-beverage or room-rental requirements would be determined based on the individual program.

Offer is valid for new qualifying athletic and sports-related group room blocks contracted with The Arcadian Hotel for stays occurring October 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. Minimum room-block requirements may apply. Group rates and concessions are based on requested dates, room volume, length of stay, program requirements, and hotel availability. Complimentary upgrades, early arrival, late departure, meeting space, bus parking, reduced parking rates, welcome amenities, and other concessions are subject to availability and must be confirmed in the group's agreement. Complimentary rooms, upgrades, and additional concessions may require minimum room-night production. Welcome amenities are provided once per qualifying group stay unless otherwise contracted. Benefits have no cash value, cannot be substituted for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions or contracted concessions unless approved by the hotel. Blackout dates and additional restrictions may apply.
